Position Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple high-volume locations across the North Florida region.
- Develop and mentor a pipeline of future leaders, ensuring high standards of internal growth and talent retention.
- Analyze financial reports, labor models, and cost structures to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage the end-to-end process for New Restaurant Openings (NROs) as the brand continues its aggressive expansion.
- Execute high-level time management and autonomous decision-making to maintain brand consistency across all units.
- Foster a culture that integrates the brand seamlessly into the local community and guest experience.
Position Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience within the full-service or top-tier fast-food industry.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio with at least $4M in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated career progression and a history of successfully developing direct reports.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex scheduling and cost analysis.
- Highly organized and capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy.
- Flexibility to support a 6-day work week to ensure operational excellence during peak growth.
Compensation Package Details
- Base Salary: $95,000 - $105,000
- Bonus: KPI-based performance incentives per location
- Benefits: Comprehensive package
- Relocation: Negotiable, based on needs
