Job Summary:
The District Manager is responsible for aggressively driving business growth and generating revenue by selling and marketing of company products and services.

Major Responsibilities/Functions:
Manage Territory: Actively sell companies products and services to a defined territory. Understand and document territory properties as defined by customer population, competitors, local demand, local potential, and other conditions, and use this data to build an effective sales campaign. The campaign should seek to maximize the companies business for that territory and drive to meet or exceed forecasted goals.

CRM: Routinely update and maintain an appropriate account and customer information in CRM system including pipeline management, Document customer site visits, communications, and valuable information as needed and/or requested by Sales Management.

Attend Conferences: Manage territorial conference schedule. Represent company up to six local conferences and two national conferences per year.

Collect & Funnel Feedback: Engage customers and prospects to establish key concerns for the company and communicate

suggestions for new products and/or enhancements to Sales Management. Emphasis on identifying areas of potential improvement is vital.

Problem Resolution: Support the appropriate company resources when needed to help resolve any territorial (or assigned) customer concerns with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and swift resolution.

Assist with backup support for sales/marketing department responsibilities as determined needed by Sales Management.

Specialized Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years in capital or enterprise software
- An analytical approach to sales and decision-making processes
- Total command of Salesforce.com
- A highly organized and detail-oriented work ethics
- Ability to travel 60%
