Biotech Distribution Sales Specialist

My client is expanding and looking to hire a new role in the organization. The Distribution Specialist will take on the following tasks:
  • Drive product sales to all distribution partners and track trends within the territories
  • Establish forecasts and goals for each distributor
  • Share product and operational knowledge to support distributor partnerships
  • Research distribution market to provide maximum guidance and support to promote success for each distributor and make a positive financial impact for the company
  • Analyze client workflow, including monitoring and tracking of orders to maximize distributor benefit
  • Support distributor partnerships and sales through collaboration with marketing and other internal groups
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
  • BS degree in scientific discipline, some lab experience and at least one year of biotech sales
  • Experience supporting a distribution network
  • Fluent in Mandarin
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent communication skills
compensation is base + commission
