The Role
The Distribution Center Manager will oversee day-to-day operations at the Dallas, TX, facility, ensuring seamless functionality and process efficiency. This critical leadership role involves managing a team, implementing new procedures, and optimizing distribution workflow to improve productivity and accuracy. Reporting directly to higher leadership while collaborating with other branches, the successful candidate will act as a catalyst for positive transformation within the distribution center environment. The role requires a confident self-starter with 7–15 years of experience in distribution operations, including 5+ years in leadership. A significant portion of training will take place to prepare for success in this role, which demands sharp problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to inspire and guide a team toward excellence.
