Dispatch Coordinator- Bilingual

Our client has an immediate need for a Full time Dispatch Coordinator. The Dispatcher Coordinator will work directly with the Dispatch Manager to communicate with technicians and our internal staff. The position will coordinate new installations and warranty items that arise during the warranty period. This job requires working closely with the dispatch manager to assist in assigning jobs for the next day, following up with Service Technicians throughout the day, communicating with all parties involved as to the status of all jobs on the schedule. Another significant component of the role involves matching work orders with pick tickets and sending them to corporate to process in order to ensure the installers receive payment for work completed. Other administrative tasks will include ensuring work order completion, researching payroll issues and assisting with on boarding new technicians.

Strong phone and email communication as well as the ability to multi-task in a hectic environment is required.
A sense of urgency and desire to creatively resolve problems is required,
Strong organizational skills
Fluent in both English & Spanish is required.

Base salary upper 30's to 40's plus Benefits and the opportunity to grow within an organization.
