Director of Workplace Sales (10467)

Who They Are
Our client is a 2nd generation, family-owned commercial furniture dealership that represents the largest and most influential manufacturer in the industry. They are seeking a Director of Workplace Sales to replace an upcoming retirement that will take over a team of two, with several new hires slated for the team in the next year. This is a player/coach sales leadership role that reports directly to the CEO and will focus on building and managing a team while simultaneously working on strategic key account development with large end users. Compensation is competitive and open to negotiation on structure!

What You'll Do
  • Build lasting relationships with designers, architects, general contractors, and developers
  • Identify market trends and uncover new opportunities
  • Deliver engaging showroom tours and presentations
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in commercial interiors)
  • Strong network within the A&D, CRE, and general contractor communities
