Who They Are
Our client is one of the largest privately held commercial furniture manufacturers in the industry. They are looking for a Director of Wood Products to be a passionate product expert and bring new life into their $8.9M wood product categories (case goods, storage, desking, etc.). While their product competes with several high-end competitors in terms of design and quality, they are ~20% cheaper and have significantly shorter lead times than their smaller counterparts. This role would help the company relaunch the program with their dealership network across the US, their Architecture & Design reps, and national end users. This role reports to the executive leadership team and will work cross functionally with sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, and finance.

What You'll Do
- Grow the wood products business by ~400% in 5-7 years
- Influence the aligned dealership network, internal A&D sellers, and end-user decision-makers
- Rebuild the foundation of the wood products business
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in wood case goods or similar
- Experience within a matrixed organization is preferred
- Case goods experience is strongly preferred
- Sales leadership experience is preferred
