This hospital is a not-for-profit, 300+bed medical facility that serves the mid-Ohio Valley and surrounding area, offering the latest state of the art healthcare.

They are looking for a Director of Women’s Services to join their busy team environment and be an interactive leader and help develop relationships among nursing personnel and others within the hospital.  This position will have oversight of Labor and Delivery, Post-partum, Nursery, Pediatrics.

The Director of Women’s Services Coordinates activities between defined areas, and provides clinical and administrative leadership and expertise.  The Women’s & Children Services Director Facilitates an atmosphere of interactive management and the development of collegial relationships among nursing personnel and others.  The Women’s Director has major responsibility for the implementation of the vision, mission, plans, and standards of the organization and nursing services within their defined areas of responsibility.  This Position reports to Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements:

• BSN required
• RN license in the State of WV
• 3+ years’ experience in Acute Care leadership capacity in – L&D, Women’s, NICU, Neonatal, Pediatrics, OB, Obstetrics
• BLS and ACLS preferred
