About the Position:

Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and must be able to provide support and mentoring to the therapy clinical staff, and ensure your team is providing the highest level of safe, compassionate care to its patients. You will serve as a professional role model and clinical resource and educator for therapists and other members of your team, develop goals and objectives for your team, and will participate in budget/fiscal management. In this role, you will be well-supported by a three managers who will assist you with day to day operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Masters or Doctorate of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy from an accredited program
• 5 to 10 years of therapy experience, 3 years of management experience
• Must be detail oriented but also able to see the big picture
• Excellent communication skills across all levels
• Collaborative, team building personality style
• Servant leader mindset
