Must Haves
  • We are looking for someone that has experience creating (Inbound) strategic partnerships where by allowing the company/employer to become more of a one stop shop for they're clients, as their able to offer more solutions by integrating 3rd party technologies/solutions. (this position is not responsible & is not about creating outbound resellers)
  • Independently, has experience with (strategy, identifying prospects, creating a relationship, getting the internal and partner buy-in, building a business model, negotiating the terms, executing an agreement, managing and growing the partnership).
  • We would like to find someone that has created and managed at least 6-10 of these partnerships.

You will explore the market and identify opportunities to complement our portfolio with impactful partnerships and initiatives that are synergetic, appreciated by customers and drive adoption of our Digital Intelligence portfolio.

  • You master the ability to analyze business dynamics, markets as well as technologies, and possess the tools to translate them into a well-articulated strategy and execution plan.
  • You present the strategy with charisma, personal charm and business logic resulting with the onboarding of peers, executives, potential partners and existing partners.
  • You are an expert in the creation and maintenance of trust relationships with a variety of stakeholders, c-levels and teams worldwide.
  • You are a long-term player and able to set the vision and work diligently towards goals and objectives.
  • You are a self-driven multi-tasker that prioritizes and aggressively pursues the plan.

Your success:
Success is measured via the creation of a clear strategy, identifying and recruiting of chosen partners, execution of relevant business models and agreements, creation of compelling offerings and nurturing of partnerships resulting with long term value creation, strong branding, enhanced solution offering and sustainable ACV growth.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Validate, refresh and form partner strategy
  • Align our team on strategy, logic, objectives, and the variety of the milestones involved in the execution process
  • Identify and create relationships with partner targets.
  • Execute and refresh relevant partner and OEM agreements
  • Nurture partner relationships and drive growth of partner offerings
  • Partner with product business management, marketing, business, legal, finance and other teams on the execution of partnership agreements, go to market strategy, onboarding, training, execution and growth.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of global business development experience in a high-tech environment
  • 6+ years of experience in partner management
  • Proven success in similar roles
  • Powerful mix of business, technology, financial and people skills
  • Master the art of forming internal and external alliances
  • Passionate and driven by business results
  • English at mother tongue level
  • MBA from a distinguished school (not mandatory)
