Enterprise Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute organization-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with workforce needs
Establish annual recruitment goals, metrics, and performance standards
Lead strategic initiatives focused on workforce pipeline development and future hiring needs
Partner with executive leadership to support long-term workforce planning
Recruitment Operations & Performance
Oversee recruiting operations supporting a large healthcare workforce
Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals
Monitor recruiting performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Ensure consistent hiring practices across departments and service lines
Talent Acquisition Leadership
Lead and develop a multi-layered team of recruiters and recruitment leaders
Establish accountability, performance expectations, and professional development pathways
Provide mentorship and leadership to senior recruiting staff
Make strategic staffing and performance decisions when necessary
Technology & Data Strategy
Lead or influence ATS optimization and modernization initiatives
Implement recruitment analytics that support data-driven decision making
Evaluate recruitment technology tools and platforms that enhance hiring efficiency
Use workforce data to guide recruitment strategy and forecasting
Executive & Clinical Partnership
Collaborate with senior administrative and clinical leaders across the health system
Advise leadership on workforce trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment strategy
Support service line leaders with workforce planning and talent pipeline development
Ensure alignment between Talent Acquisition strategy and organizational growth goals

You Must Bring
✓ Healthcare Talent Acquisition Leadership – Several years of Director-level experience within a large healthcare system or hospital network
✓ Large System Experience – Background supporting complex organizations with 5,000+ employees
✓ Strategic Workforce Planning – Experience developing long-term recruitment strategies and talent pipelines
✓ Leadership of Large Recruiting Teams – Proven experience managing and developing teams of 10+ recruiters
✓ Executive Partnership – Ability to influence senior leaders and support strategic workforce decisions
Preferred Qualifications
7–10+ years of healthcare Talent Acquisition experience
3–5+ years in leadership roles within healthcare recruiting
Current Director or Vice President of Talent Acquisition within a healthcare organization
Experience leading or supporting ATS implementation or modernization projects
Academic medical center experience
Strong understanding of healthcare clinical roles and labor market dynamics
