Our Client is a 100 bed hospital nestled in the white mountains of Arizona. They seek a Director of Surgical Services to join their team. This hospital is Exceptional in all they do including Surgical Services. It would be a pleasure assignment for a Director who has experience having oversight in the OR, Preop, PACU and Sterile Processing.

Details on the position:

• 4 ORs.
• 1 hybrid for Vascular.
• 70 FTEs.
• Charge RNs.
• No open hearts or Neuro.
• 25 cases/procedures daily.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, or related field (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• Current AZ RN license (required).
• CPR Certification (required).
• Computer experience (required).
• ACLS Certification (preferred).
• PALS Certification (preferred).
• 5 years previous experience in a clinical setting (required).
• 5 years previous managerial experience (required).
