They are searching for a Director of Surgical Services to join their great team!

The Surgical Services Director oversees the daily operations of the surgery department. The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies, staffing and training of employees, and budgeting. The Operating Room Director oversees pre- and post-operative care of patients. The Director of the Operating Room relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements:

·        BSN

·        3+ years leadership experience in Surgical Services

·        CNOR certification preferred, or within one year of employment
