Job Description
Client Summary:
  • HealthTech solution leveraging AI and machine learning to streamline oncology-related workflows.
  • Utilized by hundreds of hospitals and cancer centers to identify and triage cancer diagnoses and incidental findings in real time.
  • Classifies findings by cancer type and connects patients with care teams to accelerate treatment initiation.
  • Improves outcomes through faster time to treatment, increased care team engagement, and higher patient retention.
  • Drives measurable operational and financial benefits by replacing manual processes with intelligent automation.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Player-Coach Leadership
    • Carry a personal sales quota while overseeing and coaching 1–2 direct reports.
    • Foster a performance-driven culture and mentor rising sales leaders on the team.
  • Sales Execution & Strategy
    • Drive new business opportunities across provider networks, hospital systems, and outpatient centers.
    • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to shape compelling value propositions and solution narratives.
  • Partnership Development
    • Identify, develop, and manage channel and strategic partnerships that accelerate go-to-market efforts.
    • Serve as a bridge between sales and partnership functions, unlocking new routes to revenue.
  • Market and Product Insight
    • Translate market feedback into actionable input for product and marketing teams.
    • Stay current on developments in health tech, especially AI applications in clinical and operational workflows.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience in healthcare technology, preferably in an early-to-growth stage company.
  • Track record as a player-coach, combining individual sales success with team development.
  • Experience working with or selling AI-powered solutions and understanding the healthcare data landscape.
  • Proven ability to form and manage partnerships in the health tech ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with clinical workflows and health systems, especially radiology or oncology, is a plus.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate others, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results.
