Location: Jefferson City MO

Supervise staff and activities associated with indirect/member engagement/student lending. Assists members and staff with consumer lending needs, analyzing loan requests and making credit decisions based on lending policy.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Indirect Lending Operations — loan support team and indirect buyers; review loan applications to ensure organizational policies and goals are achieved.
  • Supervise Engagement Team; make decisions to approve, disapprove, or forward loan requests to higher levels for decision.
  • Provide ongoing training and development of indirect and engagement team staff.
  • Establish the terms and conditions of approved loans and review them with the member.
  • Stay informed of current trends in consumer credit.
  • Monitor current loans to ensure compliance with terms and coordinate with collections.
  • Participate in sales development activities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Performance Measurements:

  • Provide informed, prompt, and accurate service and support to all members and associates by processing, decisioning, and communicating loan decisions effectively.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Meet or exceed assigned loan volume (dollars and/or number of loans).
  • Maintain a 60-day delinquency rate at or below 1% of the loan portfolio.
  • Maintain a charge-off rate of no more than 0.75% of the loan portfolio.
  • Meet engagement growth expectations.
  • Meet or exceed the minimum established incentive goal each month.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
  • Effectively supervise and coordinate dealer services buying and processing operations.
