Our client is a well-known luxury Hotel located in Bangkok, Thailand.

Title of Position: Director of Spa

Package: 150,000 - 180,000 Baht

KEY JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take responsibility for ensuring the consistent day to day running of The Spa
• All launches of new products and new treatments are proactively organized and activated within agreed timescales with particular attention to ensuring the general public awareness and launch events are successful
• Responsibility for the overall management and performance of the Spa, ensuring high standards of professionalism, customer service and financial performance
• Provide leadership, direction and support to the employees at the Spa to develop a highly motivated team who can deliver high standards of service in all areas
• Take responsibility for Health and Safety within the spa ensuring adherence to both statutory regulations and Company guidelines
• Play a leading role within the hotels senior management ream and to act as ambassador and representative of the spa at key hotel management and promotional events
• Act in a professional manner at all times in line with ESPA’s expectations for a senior executive and to ensure that high standard of personal and professional image is maintained at all times whilst on site or on company business

Qualifications:

• Thai nationality
• Experience of working within 5* spa environment at senior level where excellent standards and service delivery are required
• Education, Qualified therapist
  Previous Business skills
• Occupational Safety and Health training courses: Executive Level Certification
• Proven man manager with excellent leadership and motivation skills
• Ability to interact professionally and socially with all levels of staff and guests
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
