Our Client is a 5* Resort with 100+ Rooms and 4 F&B Outlets.
This role will be reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian Nationals only.
Profile
• Relevant experience as Director of Sales in 5 star resorts
• Familiar with budget, sales reports, target and market segments
• Able to find and develop new potential business sources for specific markets
• Able and willing to travel to attend trade shows or travel fairs
• Excellent communication and tactical skills
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Active person with an outgoing personality
• A wide network of contacts
• Computer literate
• Result oriented, energetic and self-driven
• Strong leadership and a team player at the same time
• Highly developed organizational and time management skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Good financial and administration skills
• Strong command of the English language – both written and spoken
• Possesses a positive attitude and displays confidence
• Pro-active and very creative; creates ideas to stimulate the business
• Outgoing personality & well presented
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Flexible working hours
