Director of Sales

Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Leading Provider of Payment Integrity, Risk Management, and Business Intelligence Solutions
  • Payment Integrity: Streamline processes, recover overpayments, and reduce outsourcing costs.
  • Risk Management: Strengthen coverage decisions with advanced analytical tools.
  • Business Intelligence: Optimize contracts and policies with predictive analytics and reporting
Position Responsibilities:
  • Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new opportunities within healthcare, targeting Health Plans, Claims Platforms, and Payment Integrity Vendors. Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with key decision-makers, positioning solutions to help clients insource payment integrity, reduce costs, and improve accuracy.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting the value of solutions like PredictPi, PredictPx, and AI Bill.
  • Sales Strategy & Collaboration: Work with leadership to execute sales strategies, align messaging, and collaborate with internal teams for a seamless client experience.
  • CRM & Market Insights: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, track progress in CRM tools, report on sales performance, and provide market feedback to inform strategy and product development.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare technology, SaaS, or payment integrity space.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, technology, or related field.

Compensation $150k, 3-4 weeks’ vacation, Medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and 401(k) with employer match subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements
