- Leadership: Manage 4 Regional Sales Managers across the U.S.
- Business: Lead a healthcare packaging division
- Markets: Medical device and pharmaceutical
- Products: Custom capital equipment and primary/secondary packaging solutions
- Project Size: Approximately $25K to $10M+
- Experience: 3+ years of sales leadership; healthcare/pharma/medical device

- Compensation: $175K–$200K base + up to 35% bonus
