Position: Director of Sales - This is a management role, managing Sales Executives who are growing revenue through signing new clients. The vision for this role is to support the sales team’s performance by serving as a mentor, coach, and strategic partner. As Director of Sales, your primary focus won’t just be managing pipeline—it will be developing people. You’ll support reps through deal strategy, strengthen their sales fundamentals, and work alongside them to remove roadblocks and improve close rates.

Target Market: Banks and Credit Unions Nationwide

Location: Remote, open to candidates living in TX, GA, AL, Charlotte, NC, Nashville, TN

Compensation: base + bonus + commissions + profit sharing and excellent benefits

Requirements:

  • 3+years experience managing a team of hunter type sales executives.
  • Candidates must have experience managing a team who is selling to Banks and Credit Unions
  • Preferred product exposure to: Print/Mail, Digital Document Delivery, Digital Banking, Core Processing but open to considering all products being sold to FI's.
  • Experience with JTBD (Jobs to be Done) Methodology would be an added bonus!
