Director of Sales needed in the greater Columbia South Carolina

 

 

The Company

CDP Solutions works all around North American within the metal industry. Our client provides custom engineered fabricated and welded metal products which are sold into a variety of industries.

 

The Position

This dynamic company is looking for an individual who can take on the responsibilities for company wide sales strategy, development, marketing and growth. The Director of Sales will report into the President and will develop a plan to grow their market share. The Director of Sales will have the opportunity to hire and build their own business development strategy and team.

 

Candidate Qualifications

Additional qualifications include:

  • Prior experience managing a sales program
  • Experience selling custom engineered metal products
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Passion and sense of urgency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Able to work within the United States
  • Able to travel 35% of the time.

 

 

Compensation

Our client offers a six-figure base salary compensation plan, plus bonus opportunity.  In addition, the client offers an excellent benefits package including 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, educational assistance, and training programs.
