The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in a leadership position in the architectural panels space and will have a strong network of contacts in the industry. What You'll Do
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships
  • Recruit, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through digital and traditional marketing channels
  • Work closely with product development teams to enhance existing offerings and introduce new products to meet market demands
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, woodworkers, manufacturers, and distributors
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a strongly favored
  • 6+ years of successful direct sales of specialty (non-commodity) industrial products to major accounts
  • 3+ years as a successful manager with direct reports of (OEM) sales personnel
  • Experience with small to medium-sized industrial products companies
