What You'll Do
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships
- Recruit, lead, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals
- Develop and maintain a strong brand presence through digital and traditional marketing channels
- Work closely with product development teams to enhance existing offerings and introduce new products to meet market demands
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, architects, woodworkers, manufacturers, and distributors
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a strongly favored
- 6+ years of successful direct sales of specialty (non-commodity) industrial products to major accounts
- 3+ years as a successful manager with direct reports of (OEM) sales personnel
- Experience with small to medium-sized industrial products companies
