Position Overview:
Our client is a data-driven marketing agency seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to expand their client base among nonprofit organizations and the agencies that serve them.
This role requires strong connections across the nonprofit landscape, and proven success in selling data and analytics driven direct marketing solutions that deliver impactful fundraising outcomes. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities, prospecting new clients, and effectively communicating the agency's value proposition.

Qualifications
- 5 – 8 years of proven track record of success in sales and business development within the nonprofit sector
- Strong understanding of fundraising strategies, donor engagement, and the unique challenges facing nonprofit organizations
- Deep contacts across nonprofit organizations and/or agencies serving this sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Experience with omni-channel marketing solutions, including digital and direct mail campaigns
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing insights to inform sales strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Sales Management Software; SalesForce.com a plus
- Passion for helping organizations achieve their fundraising goals
- Bachelor’s Degree not required, but preferred
