Role You Will Play:

In this role, you will utilize your expertise to manage and develop all U.S. regional sales managers, as well as, manage all sales for the Engineered Decking Division. You will oversee a team of five direct reports throughout the Southeast and some of the Midwest. This role requires someone who is a strategic sales leader and mentor but also enjoys selling their own customers. We want a player/coach mentality for this position.
