Lead contact center functions in our client's Boca Raton office. The primary responsibility of the Director is to provide leadership and support to Sr. Managers while ensuring the overall program success by establishing best practices, providing process improvement, and consistently exceeding Sales objectives.
- Provide leadership to sales team focusing on attainment of sales objectives related to performance, best practice definition and commitment to operational excellence
- Ensure teams are meeting and exceeding targeted objectives. Award Fee Targets/Goals and develop corresponding strategy and process to exceed expectations
- Develops a highly professional, talented, and winning sales team. Ensure proper staff levels and succession plans are in place to ensure long-term health of the sales function in the business unit.
- Provides support for sales team regarding deal structure, product pricing and best practices.
- Coaching sales managers with training for managing relationships both internally and externally, as well as negotiating and closing deals.
- Plans sales meetings.
- Ensures proper engagement of the team, training, and to drive execution and accountability.
- Manages sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes used within the sales organization.
- Monitors the accuracy and efficient distribution of reports and other documentation and intelligence essential to the sales organization.
- Works together with business development to deliver new marketing initiatives and improve margins across all business unit categories.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process, contract negation, improvement.
- Represents the company in various industry and professional organizations as needed

- Ability to drive execution in a sales team and throughout all functions in the organization, as needed, to support sales team efforts to maintain and grow customer relationships.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, independent, action oriented, and be entrepreneurial minded.
- Strong work ethic with a passion for sales.
- Effective organizational and managerial skills are required.
- An understanding of business financials and profit/loss statements.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience
Qualifications
- Deep call center knowledge from an agent perspective
- Proven leadership in a 50 + agent environment
- Inbound call center experience desired
