Our client is the largest residential lighting manufacturer in the U.S. that supports high end builders and design firms with over 50 company owned showrooms in every major market in the U.S. Because of a promotion, they are looking for a Director of Sales to take over a $39M region with a team of 15 of BDS and 13 showrooms with the possibility of 2 more opening in 2025!

What You'll Do
  • Monitor showroom sales reporting
  • Strategic account management and new market development
  • Recruit, train, develop, and coach a professional sales team
  • Support new showroom location development as needed
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience
  • 5+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of selling to residential home builders
  • Proficient in the use of CRM tools
