Our client is a 5* International Chain Hotel with 300+ rooms and 6 F&B Outlets in Surabaya, Java.
This role will be reporting directly to Expat General Manager.
Profile
• Experience in large 5 star international chain hotels
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 would be considered
• Profound city hotel experience
• Strong in Jakarta markets
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Strong in Sales, Strategy, Plan and Forecasting
• Familiar with Marketing Strategy, Marketing Plan and Yield Management
• Able to find and develop new potential business sources or specific market
• Excellent communication and tactical skill
• Wide network of contacts within the hospitality industry
• Active person with outgoing personality
• Strong leadership skills and ability to develop and motivate his/her team
• Result oriented in order to achieve the target, able to work under pressure
• Positive attitude
• Energetic, hands-on, motivated
• Excellent English both oral and written
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently
