Our Client is a 5* Ultra Luxury Boutique Resort, with approximately 60 keys, and a very unique concept.

Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q3/Q4 2026.

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

• High End Luxury Boutique Resort experience
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties (think brands such as Aman, Six Senses, Capella, Cheval Blanc, etc.)
• Sound understanding of the luxury travel market
• Strong client network across the luxury leisure space in key feeder markets, such as USA & Europe
• Knows how to launch a new property and create awareness
• Solid established contacts with international high end luxury tour operators
• Ability to travel extensively to attend international trade shows and for property / hotel group sales trips and road shows
• A clear understanding of revenue/yield management techniques
• Confident in delivering public presentations and pitches
• Passion for the role / a “go getter” naturally outgoing personality
• Able to make decisions, takes full ownership and responsibility
• Hungry and willing to think far outside the box in addition to conventional sales methods
• Problem solver - not just problem identifier
• Ability to perform critical analysis
• Excellent spoken and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
• Excellent English both spoken and written
