We have partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturer/distributor of exterior building materials to identify a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead their team through their next evolution. The successful candidate for this position will have a strong track record of delivering strategic growth and scaling sales & operations within the building products space. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all of the company's product distribution channels and deployment of sales for the organization. This position is part of the company's senior leadership team and comes with a great base salary, bonus, and solid benefits!

What You'll Do
- Identify, develop, and execute analysis of business initiatives, product launches, and/or new service offerings
- Create and establish yearly Sales & Marketing objectives that align with the Company’s future direction
- Gather, investigate, and summarize market data and trends for reporting and potential actions
- Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans
- Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
- 15+ total years of sales and marketing experience
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the forest products industry
