A high-growth cloud infrastructure provider is scaling its next-generation GPU-as-a-Service platform, and they're seeking a trailblazing Director of Sales to lead strategic expansion in the AI and machine learning verticals. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable sales strategy targeting AI/ML, deep learning, and advanced compute workloads.
- Cultivate strong relationships with enterprise, startup, and research accounts to drive GPU cloud adoption.
- Identify and pursue new vertical markets and strategic partnerships to expand client base.
- Act as a trusted consultant to clients, understanding their infrastructure pain points and crafting tailored GPU cloud solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to align GTM messaging and ensure post-sale success.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and account planning initiatives across high-value opportunities.
- Stay up to date on GPU market trends, AI ecosystem developments, and competitor offerings to refine positioning and messaging.
- Forecast, track KPIs, and drive accountability toward quarterly revenue and pipeline goals.
Key Qualifications:
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure, technical SaaS, or IaaS sales, with at least 2 years in GPU or HPC-related solutions.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value enterprise deals ($500K+ ACV).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML ecosystems, cloud-native architecture, and the GPU compute value chain.
- Experience selling to CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and AI/ML leaders in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
- Self-starter mindset with strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP, or niche GPU cloud providers is a plus.
