  3. Retail store operations experience.
  4. Experience in one-on-one customer sales.
  5. Project management experience.
  6. P&L responsibility experience.
  7. Experience with sophisticated POS systems, Oracle XSTORE a plus.

Job Duties:

  1. Provide supervision and development for field leadership and retail store management in multiple facilities.
  2. Provide hiring support to the field.
  3. Develop and implement plans that promote performance and efficiency among employees.
  4. Development of sales strategies and performance goals.
  5. Implement customer service standards across multiple facilities.
  6. Ensure compliance with company legal, procedural, and regulatory policies.
  7. Deliver effective execution of inventory management expectations.
  8. Drive overall financial performance by preparing and analyzing financial reports; creating and executing expense budgets, and determining trends and areas of opportunity.
  9. Build strong and trusting relationships with team members, vendors, and business partners.
  10. Oversee multiple projects across the facilities including new growth and expansion.
  11. Travel is required to ensure there is operational consistency across all facilities.
