Full-Time Permanent Leadership Role

Leadership & Development

• Therapists typically treat 4–5 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Base Salary based on years of experience

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in PT, OT, or SLP (DPT, OTD, MSOT, MSPT, etc.)
• Active California license or ability to obtain
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience
• Inpatient Rehab experience preferred
• Prior leadership experience as Lead Therapist, Therapy Manager, or Director of Therapy
• Proven ability to hold team members accountable
• H-1B visa sponsorship not available
