The Company

Our client is a leader within the Manufacturing Sector and is a Global Company.

 

The Position

This dynamic company is looking for an individual who has the ability to lead a multi-site Quality Program. The Director of Quality will have 5 direct reports and 32 indirect reports.

 

Candidate Qualifications

The candidate must have a BS in Engineering, plus the ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include:

• Prior experience managing a Quality Manager
• Must have experience with metal products
• Ability to make data-based decisions using the Lean/Six Sigma Methodology
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Passion and sense of urgency
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Able to work within the United States
