We’re seeking a Director of the Project Management Office (PMO) to lead the strategic execution of cross-functional initiatives during this exciting phase of hyper-growth. This individual will build and manage the PMO function, implement governance frameworks, and drive a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in high-growth environments and is excited to make a significant, lasting impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end execution of enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives—from new product development to digital transformation and ERP rollouts.
- Lead PMO governance, establishing best-in-class project standards, portfolio prioritization, and resource alignment tied to company strategy.
- Drive innovation by enabling successful product launches through seamless cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Oversee enterprise change and transformation efforts, including risk management, compliance, and organizational readiness.
- Act as a critical thought partner to executive leadership, ensuring transparency, alignment, and delivery of measurable results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related discipline (MBA or PMP a plus).
- 10+ years of experience in project management in CPG, FMCG, food production, or regulated industries.
- Proven success building PMO functions and leading high-stakes, cross-functional projects.
- Deep expertise in quality systems and regulatory compliance (e.g., FSMA, HACCP, BRC).
- Experience qualifying and managing third-party manufacturers and repackers.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional influence skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed global environments with ambitious growth targets.
