Job Description
Client Summary:
  • Delivers services to address Health-Related Social Needs (HRSNs) for high-risk individuals with complex unmet medical and social needs.
  • Re-engages members who have become disconnected from primary care and helps guide them back into the healthcare system.
  • Partners with health plans and risk-bearing provider organizations to locate, engage, and care for these populations.
  • Uses in-person, community-based teams to navigate healthcare providers and social service resources.
  • Simultaneously improves member outcomes while reducing avoidable utilization and total cost of care.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages product lifecycle from conception to release, iteration and maintenance, driving the right product for the customer (our Community Health Navigators in the field) experience while prioritizing work in backlogs to ensure delivery to expectations.
  • Function as a subject matter expert, simplifying and streamlining current processes under a common strategy.
  • Contribute to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy.
  • Prioritizing projects/tasks according to measurable value-add toMedZed.
  • Accountable for financial, regulatory, operational, and technical risk management related to the product, prioritizing closing any gaps or findings.
  • Meaningful collaboration with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Capable of developing solutions for multiple personas.
Experience & Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience working with 100% offshore/nearshore development teams.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • General healthcare experience, ideally healthcare services.
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning.
  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
  • 5+ years of Agile/Scrum development methodology experience with expert-level writing skills.
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau orPowerBI.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with developing in Salesforce, ideally SalesforceHealthCloud.
  • Knowledge in SQL and NO-SQL database technologies including, Azure SQL, Snowflake, and MySQL
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics.
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools.
