Director of Physician Services - CLOSED

A 129-bed hospital located in a rural community of 30,000 in the Southeast has an immediate opportunity for a Director of Physician Services. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the director will oversee operations for three clinic locations (two of which are on the main hospital campus). Specialties include OB/GYN, family practice, urgent care, ENT, plastic surgery, surgery clinic, orthopedics and urology. Total providers is approximately 20. The director will oversee two Clinic Coordinators and a Business Office Manager, with a total complement of 56.

The appropriate candidate will present with a minimum of five years experience in management positions working directly with physicians. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
