Schedule: Regular 40 hours/week

Pay: $197,000 - $225,000 (DOE)

What to Expect
- Lead the pharmacy department for a regional health system
- Report directly to the executive leadership team
- Oversee pharmacy managers for each pharmacy within the system
- Tight-knit, friendly "work family" culture
- Must have 10+ yrs exp, including 5+ yrs in hospital leadership
- 340b familiarity preferred
- Strong support from leadership

Minimum Qualifications
- 10 years of hospital pharmacy experience
- 5 years of progressive leadership experience
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
- Active Pharmacy license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
