Location: Eastern Utah
Schedule: Full-time
Level: Senior, report directly to CEO
Pay: $146,900 - $198,000/year (DOE)

Job Responsibilities
- Establish and execute department objectives, strategic initiatives, and performance benchmarks
- Oversee and assess department operations, including patient care services, IT systems, service delivery metrics, and issue resolution
- Develop, manage, and review departmental budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
- Lead workforce planning efforts, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, corrective action, and professional development
- Incorporate evidence-based practices into operational processes and clinical guidelines

Minimum Qualifications
- Hold an active UT Pharmacy license (or are eligible to obtain one prior to starting)
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
- Hospital leadership experience preferred
- Must have acute care hospital experience
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship)
