Position Summary:

The Director of Emergency Services Department assures service, growth, development, personnel management, and resource allocation and management controls in order to ensure consistent high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Master's degree MHA, MSN, MBA, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 3+ years of recent Leadership experience in emergency services required (Looking for ER PED manager, ER PED nurse manager or Director of ER PED).
• Acute care experience required. Will not accept candidates that are don’t have recent acute care experience within the last year.
