An established, growing non-profit acute care hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Financial Services (PFS) to join its revenue cycle team.

You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading Patient Financial Services operations
• Billing, collections, patient accounting, insurance follow-up, and denials management
• Improving cash collections and revenue cycle performance
• Developing department leaders and strengthening employee engagement
• Driving KPI performance and operational excellence

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Current or recent experience utilizing Epic in an acute care hospital is required
• Progressive acute care hospital Revenue Cycle leadership experience
• Strong background in hospital billing, collections, reimbursement, and denials
• Proven leadership and change management experience
