Director of Operations

Our client, a leader in industrial services, is seeking a hands-on and strategic Director of Operations to elevate their field execution and operational structure. This role requires a confident leader with extensive experience in industrial construction or similar environments, capable of introducing scalable systems while ensuring project success and field team alignment.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

• 10–15 years of progressive leadership in industrial construction or field operations.

• Proven success in managing project scheduling, field logistics, and mobilization efforts.

• Deep understanding of OSHA compliance, manpower planning, and resource allocation.

• Track record of effectively managing project managers and field teams in high-risk, short-duration projects.

• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with a practical, hands-on approach.

Desired Experience

• Background in scaffolding, blasting, or similar industrial services.

• Experience designing scheduling policies, efficiency processes, and field reporting structures.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
