Kitchener - This is a bit of a different way to start a job search, but I am looking to fill a key Director of Operations role and would like to keep this confidential for now. At this point, we are looking for an expert to:

  • Manage daily operations of a mid-sized service company
  • Oversee a team of over 400 employees
  • Manage workforce resources
  • Work closely with key clients to ensure optimal service levels and client satisfaction
  • Help implement a digital transformation of routine record keeping processes
  • Plan for future growth and scaling up of all services
I know it is a bit hard to judge this role without knowing more, but we will share everything with you very shortly. My client is a well-known service company with about 400 staff. What we require are your operation and management skills. We need you to solve "root cause" issues and help to optimize, standardize and organize workflows for optimal employee satisfaction and performance. The Salary is negotiable, but budgeted at $85,000.
