We are seeking a passionate and strategic Director of Operations for a rapidly growing quick-service restaurant (QSR) franchise group. Operating multiple high-volume locations across the region, this organization is known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, building strong teams, and maintaining operational excellence. This role will be integral in leading our team into the next phase of growth and success.

COMPENSATION: Base Salary up to $120,000 + exceptional bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, car allowance/phone/laptop, 401k and more!

Director of Operations Qualifications/Responsibilities:
  • 3+ years of Director of Operations experience with a QSR brand
  • Proven track record of driving performance metrics and developing leadership talent
  • Provide dynamic leadership and operational oversight across all restaurant locations
  • Ensure execution of brand standards, food quality, speed of service, and cleanliness
  • Hire, coach, and mentor District Managers and General Managers
  • High energy, hands-on leadership style, and a commitment to operational excellence
