Role You Will Play:
As the Director of Operations, you will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency, accountability, and team development within the organization. You’ll build a strong business unit culture by instilling Lean principles, starting with robust housekeeping practices to drive workplace organization and efficiency. Strengthening team capability will be a priority, as you increase bench strength by developing key talent across essential roles. Finally, you will manage and regularly report on key performance metrics, keeping the team aligned and informed through a structured communication cadence.
