Title of Position: Director of Operations (FACILITIES MANAGEMENT)

Package: 300,000 - 350,000 Baht

Position Purpose:

The Operations Director is accountable for the overall performance of company's Facilities Management (FM) and Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) portfolio. This role leads multi-site operations to ensure service excellence, strong financial performance, and client satisfaction, while driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and governance across all contracts.

The position acts as a key leader bridging strategy and execution, ensuring alignment between business objectives, operational delivery, and client expectations, while building a high-performing organization.

Key Result Areas:

  • Achieve all budgets as agreed with the Managing Director and 3 year planning process.
  • To manage the operations of the portfolio of contracts.
  • To establish all the process’s and procedures within the Thailand Business Mentoring of staff.
  • Introduction of best practices across sites, looking at value add opportunities Client retention through customer satisfaction and client relations, using the Client for Life process.
  • To understand contractual obligations and meet all customer expectations under this agreement.
  • Adhere to OH&S regulations by providing site specific standard operation procedures and to ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customers employees.
  • Provide interpretation of financial reports and manage the account so that we follow all budget plans on a monthly basis.
  • Be proactive in the recovery of overdue monies owing to company from its internal and external clients.
  • Provide leadership and management to site staff, FM, Contract, Engineering & Regional Managers; Be proactive in understanding the various clients’ requirements and ensure that this understanding is maintained, acted upon and developed further where possible.
  • Ensure that company FM Services policies regarding Human Resource Management are understood by the management team and complied with.
  • Be aware and report on competitor activities and strategies within your areas of responsibility.
  • On a Weekly and Monthly or as needs basis, report to the Managing Director relating to the financial, qualitative, contractual and personnel matters of your business portfolio.
  • Manage and mentor and maintain a strong working relationship with the Business
  • Development team for company, offering assistance wherever and whenever required.
  • Ensure all areas of income generated are maximised, and all areas of cost and expenses are minimised, wherever possible
  • Represent company at industry meetings, seminars and conferences as required to ensure the successful management of the business portfolio.
  • Other duties as reasonably requested from time to time.

Key Competencies:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
  • MBA or relevant certifications (CFM, PMP, LEED) preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in operations or facilities management, with multi-site responsibility
  • Proven track record in P&L management and contract operations
  • Experience in integrated services or service industry (FM, IFM, Corporate Services)
  • Strong financial acumen and commercial mindset
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability
  • Experience in managing large teams and complex operations
  • Ability to drive transformation, change management, and performance improvement
