The Role
The Director of Operations will report to the President and oversee warehouse operations in Arizona and Texas. This leader will drive process improvement, implement best practices, build KPIs, and strengthen accountability across the organization. They are looking for someone who can operate at an executive level while remaining hands on with the team, improving inventory management, developing leaders, and creating structure where it is needed most.

- Base salary range of $125k+
- Performance based bonus tied to operational savings ($150-200k+ OTE)
