A small, vibrant nursing home in West Chester, Iowa, known for its exceptional resident care and outstanding annual state surveys, is looking for an inspiring and dedicated leader to join our team as a Director of Nursing.

About the Role:
You'll provide expert leadership and oversight to our nursing team, ensuring the continued delivery of top-quality care to our residents.

You'll be a great fit as Director of Nursing if you:

• Are a licensed RN with a proven track record as a Director of Nursing.
• Possess strong clinical skills and a passion for resident-centered care.
• Are a confident leader with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to new situations.
• Hold a current Iowa (or compact) nursing license.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience working in a smaller senior living community setting.
• Have worked previously as a Director of Nursing.
