What You’ll Lead
Clinical Operations & Quality
Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services within the facility
Ensure high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance
Monitor quality indicators, care planning, and clinical documentation
Support improvements in survey outcomes and regulatory performance
Staff Leadership & Development
Lead and support RN, LPN, and CNA staff across all shifts
Foster a collaborative and respectful workplace culture
Provide mentorship and leadership development for nursing staff
Promote accountability and strong communication across teams
Regulatory Compliance & Survey Readiness
Maintain compliance with CMS and state regulatory standards
Ensure proper documentation and clinical processes
Lead nursing preparation for state surveys and regulatory reviews
Address survey findings with effective corrective action planning
Interdisciplinary Care Coordination
Collaborate with therapy, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure effective coordination of care for orthopedic and rehabilitation residents
Serve as clinical liaison to residents and families regarding care planning
Leadership Partnership
Work closely with the Nursing Home Administrator on operational strategy and clinical improvement
Communicate nursing department performance and operational challenges clearly
Support leadership initiatives focused on quality and staff engagement
