About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Director of Nursing to oversee and enhance our skilled nursing care operations. As the Director of Nursing, you will provide leadership, guidance, and ensure the highest standards of resident care. Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement goals, standards, and procedures consistent with the facility’s clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements.
• Oversee departmental operations, including patient care, staffing, quality assurance, and compliance with state regulations.
• Ensure the delivery of top-quality resident-centered care while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
• Hire, train, evaluate, and mentor nursing staff to promote professional growth and excellence.
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Foster collaborative relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Tennessee Board of Nursing regulations and other governing agencies.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Are a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Tennessee with a proven track record as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting.
• Possess strong clinical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a Geri-Psych setting is a plus.
• A Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred.
