THE OPPORTUNITY
As our Director of Nursing, you'll oversee all aspects of nursing operations within a dynamic healthcare setting. YOUR LEADERSHIP WILL INCLUDE:
As Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for:
- Building, mentoring, and evaluating a diverse nursing team (RNs, LPNs, and clinical support staff)
- Developing innovative staffing strategies and scheduling solutions
- Setting department-wide quality objectives and measuring outcomes
- Ensuring regulatory compliance while maintaining focus on resident care excellence
- Managing department budgets and optimizing resource allocation
- Troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing sustainable solutions
- Fostering collaboration between departments to create an integrated care experience
- Driving continuous improvement and professional development initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Essential Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid, unrestricted RN license in good standing
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as an RN in skilled nursing or comparable acute care settings
- Proven supervisory or director-level leadership experience
- Strong track record of budget management and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Salary Range: $115,000 – $130,000 (Based on Experience)
